FIELD WORK MORNING

Day 3

On Friday 13th we got up at 7 o'clock. Our host mother had already prepared breakfast for us because she had to work on this day. That's why she had to leave the house earlier than we.

After breakfasting, our host father finally gave us the keys and also showed us how to lock and open the front door. It's so different to Austria.

Then at around 8.00 we got to town. Before we met up at 12.00 in front of Guildhall, we had to do our interviews on charity shops. In all the three stores we went into, the managers were pretty nice and cooperative.

We got together with the other guys from our class for lunch and then our school afternoon started. We should imagine our own country and also draw it on Point on the computer. We really do like school here in Cambridge.

At quarter to six school was finished and we went home straight for dinner.

We were tired but we still had to write two texts on that evening. It's a lot to do in Cambridge.

As our alarm clock went off, we both thought: “Oh my God, this could hardly have been the whole sleep we were going to have.

The first point of our "do-to-list" was to get to Cambridge's market, what was different to our home, because we had to hurry hard after the bus stopped to pick up one person and took off 5 minutes later, and to start our fieldwork, which means interviewing a special part of society like homeless or teachers, which is our job.

All in all, all did some interviews, despite us, caus' we have to interview teachers, which is not possible when they have lessons, and were than very happy to be to our school, because it was bloody freezing outside.

After English class (we had some very nice lessons, in which we talked about food in general, so we enjoy being to this school and having the teachers we have) we went straight home, ate dinner and now (it is almost night) we are about to go to bed and have some nice dreams, hopefully of course.

This is now an improved version, I am sorry for maybe not that much details you wanted, but I gave my very best, and it's not me, to write it like
fairy-tales, you really enjoy to read.
But I like my text, maybe this is reason enough to put it onto the website, if not please tell me.

Thanks, best regards,
